• Public business data — publicly available information about your business and competitors, such as Google ratings, review counts and sample reviews, retrieved through third-party APIs.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and device information collected automatically.

• Provide and operate the service, including running visibility checks, audits and recommendations;
• Send transactional email such as welcome messages, score-drop alerts, weekly digests, password resets and team invites;

We share data with a small number of service providers strictly to operate the service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers (to run the checks and analyses you request), Google APIs (to retrieve public business data), an email delivery provider and a payment processor. We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for a limited period to allow reactivation and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level data isolation between businesses. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
